Terms of use of the FairAdvisor ServicePlease read this document carefully and in its entirety. These are the Terms and Conditions of Use that govern your access to the website www.fairadvisor.com (hereinafter, the "Site") and its contents (hereinafter "Contents" ) irrespective of the delivery platform or device used to access it.
By using this Site, you expressly accept and comply with the following condition that FairAdvisor reserves the right to modify at any time and without notice. The changes will be posted on the Site and will be communicated to registered users (hereinafter "Users") by e-mail communication by sending the modified Agreement.
By continuing to use the Site you will hereby accept the Terms as modified. If you do not agree with the provisions in these conditions, the User is not authorized to use the Site.
Article 1. Ownership and Intellectual Property Rights
Unless otherwise indicated in the Conditions, the Site and all logos, texts, images, trademarks, and what is contained in the Site itself, constitute an intellectual creation and is the exclusive property of Bweb Service,all rights reserved. FairAdvisor also has the consequent right of exclusive exploitation and economic use.
Nothing contained on the Site should be construed as granting, by implication or otherwise, any license or right to use the trademarks without the prior written consent of Bweb Service or another party who is a holder of the trademark. The user therefore undertakes not to use in any way and for any purpose trademarks or de facto, their names and other distinctive logos owned by FairAdvisor.
All other trademarks are the property of their respective trade fair organizers and are used for purely for descriptive purposes.
Article 2. Disclaimer of Warranties and Limitation of Liability
FairAdvisor makes no representations about the content of the site or any part thereof for any purpose. FairAdvisor, to the extent permitted by applicable law, offers no warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose, including any implied warranties. In addition, FairAdvisor does not guarantee the accuracy or the exclusive character of the site's content. Nothing on this website shall limit or exclude the liability of FairAdvisor for fraud, death or personal injury caused by negligence, willful default or gross negligence. Except as stated above, the user uses the site under their full responsibility and neither 'FairAdvisor, nor the person who provides the information and materials to be published on the website shall be liable, in contract or tortious, for any loss or damage resulting from the use of the Site, including, without limitation, any damage (direct, indirect, punitive or consequential damages), and any loss (income, profits, goodwill, data, contracts, use of money), as well as losses or damages resulting from business interruption caused by the use or inability to use or the results of use of this site. FairAdvisor cannot be held responsible in any way for any loss or damage caused by access to third-party websites and their content. If you decide to access Third Party Sites through the links on this Site you do so at your own risk and under your responsibility. We recommend that you read the information, warnings and conditions of use of Third Party Sites carefully before entering.
It is your decision to purchase or use third-party products or services made available through such websites and you are advised to carefully read the following. The Terms and Conditions Privacy Policy does not apply to third-party sites.
The Site may contain advertising and sponsorship. The advertisers and sponsors ensure compliance with international and national law of the material submitted for inclusion on FairAdvisor. The Site is not responsible for any errors or inaccuracies in the advertising or sponsorship.
The rights of industrial and intellectual property of any software made available for download on the Web Site belongs to FairAdvisor or its suppliers. The use of such software is governed by the terms of any license agreement that may accompany or be included in the software. Do not install or use the software mentioned above unless you accept the license agreement.
FairAdvisor is not responsible for any technical problems or other problems that may arise from the downloading of third party software.
Section 5. Reviews - guidelines
The site offers users the ability to publish reviews of exhibitions from around the world. Every review must be the genuine personal experience of the user in order to provide to all other users all the public elements useful for evaluating a trade fair from different points of view. The user should not have personal or professional relationships with the organizer of the fair reviewed and must not have received any incentives or payments for the review. Reviews are required to be the result of the author's personal experience and that they represent their real opinion on the subject matter being reviewed. It is forbidden in any case that the reviews:
- contain references to persons and / or other users.
- contain promotional and / or advertising materials.
- are instrumental, that is inserted by the organizer of an event or on its behalf in order to benefit their fair organizer or disadvantage others.
- contain texts in all CAPS, HTML tags or excessive use of typographical symbols and jargon.
- contain an invalid e-mail address: Do not use false e-mail address, we may need to contact you about your review. FairAdvisor respects your privacy - please read our privacy policy.
Article 6. License in FairAdvisor's favor
FairAdvisor retains a free and irrevocable license on any material uploaded to the Site by the user; FairAdvisor can then use freely without exception the material uploaded by you in any form of business. If the user deletes their registration to FairAdvisor, the direction of FairAdvisor shall be entitled to make the reviews previously posted by the user, specifying, where appropriate, those reviews posted by a person who is no longer a registered user anonymous.
Article 7. Registration as a trade fair organizer
The fair organizers have the opportunity to register in the FairAdvisor area directly managing the official data of your company, personalizing and enriching the content of the information relating to exhibitions organized by them. FairAdvisor reserves the right to send the President / CEO of the company a written notice about their registration to the site as an exhibition organizer. FairAdvisor also reserves the right to request the organizer to provide appropriate documentation to demonstrate their entitlement to be registered as such and to revoke the same assignment in the event that the User does not send any documentation or sends insufficient documentation at any time. Fair organizers are also obliged to follow the requests in the preceding Articles. They are also required not to use the Service to engage in misleading and / or incorrect practices and / or acts of unfair competition.
Article 8. Use of chat rooms and other 'forums' of general or specific communication
The site will allow its users to insert or post any material or reviews of their experiences on the services offered by exhibition organizers, as well as posting messages or other communications in chat rooms and forums. If FairAdvisor provides this type of service, you expressly agree to use it only to send messages relevant to the subject of the Forum.
FairAdvisor does not control or curate the content of the User Messages posted or distributed on this Site, including those present in all the chat rooms or other forums, and will not be responsible in any case for such User Messages. FairAdvisor however, reserves the right to remove, at its sole discretion and without notice, User Messages and / or contents of the Site.
The table below is a list, to be understood as illustrative and not exhaustive, of the types of User Messages to be considered illegal or otherwise prohibited by the Site. FairAdvisor reserves the right to modify at any time the contents of that list, at its discretion, as well as to carry out investigations and bring legal action against those who violate these provisions, including but not limited to, the removal of an offensive word and interdiction responsible for such violations of the use of the Site. The list includes User Messages that:
- harass or advocate harassment of another person.
- are defamatory or libelous.
- promote or contain an illegal and unauthorized copy of the work of other persons protected by copyright, such as providing pirated computer programs or links to them, providing information to circumvent protection systems of computer programs, or providing pirated music or links to pirated music files.
- constitute engagement in commercial activities and / or sales without the prior written consent of FairAdvisor such as contests, sweepstakes, barter, advertising and pyramid schemes.
- are obviously offensive to the community, such as communications that promote racism, bigotry, hatred or even physical violence against any group or individual.
- promote knowingly false or misleading information or promotes illegal activities or threatening, obscene or abusive conduct.
- contain pages whose access is limited or only possible through the use of passwords, or hidden pages or images (those not linked to or from another accessible page).
- provide instructional information about illegal activities such as making or buying illegal weapons, violating the right to privacy of others, or providing or creating computer viruses
- constitute or encourage conduct that would be considered a criminal offense, or give rise to civil liability, or otherwise be contrary to the law or infringe the rights of any other person in any country of the world.
Article 9. Breach of the Conditions by The User
The contract may be rescinded by FairAdvisor, pursuant to and by effect of art. 1456, in the event of any breach by The User of the provisions laid down in Articles. 3, 5, 7 and 8 of this Agreement.
Article 10. Reporting Abuse
Any claim relating to reviews of users or organizers published on the Site (content clearly illicit or report of a violation of Intellectual Property Rights), will be reported to FairAdvisor by an e-mail sent to the following address:organizer@fairadvisor.com. The report must indicate precisely the URL (Uniform Resource Locator) of the review or the organizer challenged and must be accompanied by the explanatory memorandum of the complaint and appropriate documentation to demonstrate the merits. After receiving the complaint, FairAdvisor will inform the user or the organizer responsible for the review and ask to take a position in this regard, by giving notice to the complainant. In the case of obvious or explicit recognition of the merits of the complaint, FairAdvisor will take the appropriate or necessary action, with the power if necessary to halt access to disputed review, or permanently remove or rectify the review and / or revoke the registration user profile or organizer referred to in the complaint. Otherwise, that is to say, in case of non-obvious or explicit recognition of the merits of the complaint, FairAdvisor will not be required to remove or rectify the review to which the claim relates, save for different orders of the Judicial Authority.
Article 11. Privacy
Any personal information that you submit on this website will be used in accordance with our guidelines on Privacy.
Article 12. Changes
The Site is not updated on a regular basis, and therefore should not be registered as editorial product under the relevant law.
FairAdvisor may change, supplement or delete these Terms or any part thereof at any time and with the utmost discretion if it deems it necessary for legal or technicals reasons, or even as a result of changes in services offered and layout of the Site. FairAdvisor will communicate such changes with a notice. Following this communication, you expressly agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions as modified.
FairAdvisor may change, suspend or discontinue any service offered at any time, including the availability of any content, database or article. FairAdvisor may also impose limits on certain features and services or restrict your access to the entire site or certain parts of it, or even to any other FairAdvisor site, without notice, for technical reasons or for reasons of safety, to prevent unauthorized access authorized to the Site, loss or destruction of data, or if we believe, in our sole discretion, violation of any of these Terms or any applicable law or regulation, or simply when FairAdvisor decides to discontinue a service.

Article 13. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
The Site (excluding links to third party sites) is under the control of Bweb Service, and is run by FairAdvisor from its offices located in the Republic of San Marino. By accessing the Site, using or publishing on it, the User and FairAdvisor expressly agree that all disputes, lawsuits, or other matters arising out of or related to use of this Website shall be subject to the Law of the Republic of San Marino with application of principles of private international law provided for therein. You also agree that any action against FairAdvisor, arising out of or related to use of this Site, is attributed to the jurisdiction of the competent Court of the Republic of San Marino. This clause will not apply in the event that the applicable law in your country of residence provides for the application of a law other than the devolution of disputes or any other jurisdiction, and this is not derogated by negotiation.
